License for Digital Products
When you purchase a Minoa Made template pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates as follows:
- Personal use: You may use the templates for your own personal social media, marketing materials, and business content.
- Commercial use: You may use the templates in commercial contexts directly related to your own business (e.g., posting to your business's social media accounts, using in your business's marketing materials).
- Client use: If you are a social media manager or agency, you may use purchased templates on behalf of your clients' businesses.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Edit, customize, and modify the templates in Canva to suit your brand
- Use the templates across your own social media accounts and marketing channels
- Translate content within the templates into other languages
- Use the templates in both digital and print formats (where applicable)
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files (edited or unedited) in any form — this includes uploading them to template marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or third-party sites
- Claim the templates as original work created by you
- Use the templates in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Minoa Made name, logo, or branding to promote products in a way that implies endorsement without written permission
- Transfer your license to another party
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the template files have been delivered. Before purchasing, please review the product preview images and descriptions carefully. If you experience technical issues with a template, contact us at hello@minoamade.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All template designs, branding elements, and original content created by Minoa Made are the intellectual property of Minoa Made. The name "Minoa Made" and the associated Minoa Made lettermark logo are trademarks of Minoa Made. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
Your use of the templates does not grant you ownership of the underlying design work. You own only the content you add or modify within the templates.
Disclaimer
The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Minoa Made makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the template content. We are not responsible for any results achieved through the use of our templates — including but not limited to changes in social media algorithm performance, engagement rates, or business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minoa Made shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our website or digital products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
